Training can be provided for most of today's software & hardware.  If I don't know it, I won't try to fake it, I will tell you up front. 

Some of the things I can help you learn are Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, email programs, getting on the internet and getting the most out of it, adding a hard drive, memory, scanners, etc.  If there is anything else you may need help with, give me a call to see if I can help.
